I like to hotel reception staff who are very gentle, supportive and good hositality. The rest room (toilet) is clean and have enought space with good equipments inside. The hotel is close to bussiness place that gest can do shopping at Time Square centre.
The room is abit small for two or three persons to stay more than three days.

The rooms with the smallest tv. Great amenities like a safe, central heating and a work desk.

Beware. dO not take your family. Pictures on booking .com are deceiving. The hotel is used for other purposes than travel. Filthy and hairs in both beds. It seemed as if sheets are used and not changed. Same with pillows. Only one towel in the room. Lots of noise and screaming heard in hallways. Certainly not travelers.
This place will shock you and ruin your trip. Not worth a dollar a day. Should not be listed as an option on Booked.net

The staff were the best. We had a problem with a sick lady and they did everything they could. Gave us a larger room and were so nice about everything else. We won't forget them ever! It's to bad the rooms are so dirty!!!! It's like somebody only changed the sheets and left. It was a real terrible!!!!

This was a squalid hotel. I would have pulled my mother out of this hotel had she not been in the same room with her other grown son. The picture were deceiving about its charm. The price was excessive for what should have been a pay by the hour hotel. I will not return to this hotel.

The room was tiny, I know rooms are small in Manhattan, but this was tiny. Worse, the bathroom smelled of urine, The floors i the bathroom and bedroom had hairs from previous occupants. The hallways are small and dingy. The wifi was the slowest I have experienced since dialup years ago and costs $5.00 per day. If I could have found a room anywhere else in the city, I would have moved, but due to Hurricane Sandy, it was impossible to find one. The hotel staff were as helpful as they could be, its not their fault they have to work in such a terrble place.

Very convenient location and the price was right compared to other hotels.
If you want creature comforts, this is not the hotel. If you want a place to rest your head, this hotel will work.

Solo traveler seeking a comfy bed and a good location
The staff was helpful. They gave me great food recommendations, and even helped when my first room didn't have wifi. I stayed in a comfy Queen Room that had a mini fridge, which I really appreciated because it's not something I got at other hotels.
The hotel wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable considering the location.
